Returns & Exchanges (Hygiene Products)
Wigs and hair products are hygiene-sensitive items. For customer safety:Returns are only accepted if the item is unused, unworn, and in original packaging with all seals/tags intact.We cannot accept returns for items that show signs of wear, styling, cutting, washing, odours, or product use.Where applicable, lace must be uncut for returns.
If you are unsure about suitability, please contact us before opening or trying the product.

Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty item or the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can resolve it quickly.

Cancellations
If you contact us before dispatch, we may be able to cancel the order. Once dispatched, the order must follow the returns process.
